Atlas Plumbing believes that as a Dallas resident you are important to the entire community and we hope to provide continuing education about conservation for your home. Rainwater Harvesting is now a reality. On September 21, 2019 we invite you to participate in the "Rainwater Harvesting Class". This class is a barrel of fun for all members of the community here in Dallas that are looking for chancees to conserve water! Rainwater has always been considered one of the best ways to water your lawn, landscape or vegetable garden. By adopting the expression "Divert it, Save it, Use it!" you are actively taking action in the Dallas community to conserve and be a vital part of the conservation process by using the rainwater you collect and use it for your home

Working in collaboration with Texas A&M AgriLife University, you are going learn the basics and benefits of rainwater harvesting and reduce the effect your storm water has on the environment. As participants you will be able to learn how to collect and utilize rainwater at home. This class is hands on “DIY” where each participant will build and take home a 55-gallon rain barrel at $50 dollars each. Atlas Plumbing replaced a sewer line which had corroded under the house and broken. Using a camera, the they showed us it was corroded, broken and had roots in it. We got 3 bids, with Atlas having provided us with a most satisfactory explanation.
